Closing In.

 

Someone received a Birthday present in the mail yesterday! Hummm, something is up. I love nibbling on wrapping paper, I love opening gifts and getting new birds to add to my flock. I helped opening this one and then Mom, quick as lightening, snatched some sticks and string away from me as fast as she could and put them out of my sniffer range. Moms birthday is

 getting close!

Happy January! Mom put my little birthday hat on and I thought it was my birthday, again. Nope, she said we should celebrate my Blog's One Year Anniversary.... a Blogerversary, yippee! Today I'm 4.

Well, the big surprise was that today is my 4th Birthday! My human mom & dad sure did make it special. Mom made me my very own cake....yummy, yummy. I got some new tennis balls (which I can ALWAYS use!), lots of treats, and a new Beaver to add to my collection. A highlight of my birthday was when mom & dad took me to the Annual Pooch Plunge at our outdoor pool! WOW... I have never had so much fun. I worked on my swimming and tried not to drink the water, with about 100 dogs in the pool one of them may have taken a " little leak", hummm.

BIG Surprise.

My human mom & dad are telling me to "get ready for tomorrows BIG Surprise".... Humm, I hope it is something really fun. Check back and I hope to have all the details for you SOON. Do you have a guess, or know what it could be???

Winter, Again.

Today it was winter again and I love it! Remember, I just spent last week in HOT Utah hiking my big paws off and now it is 15 degrees, with a fresh blanket of snow. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I had today when my human mom took me and my tennis ball for our daily walk/romp in the park. We had to head back home after only 4 miles because mom has a lot to get ready for.
